Thierry FRANCOU will step down as CEO of EURENCO on December 31, 2026.

Sorgues, EURENCO Headquarters, September 24, 2026—After eight years at the helm of the EURENCO Group, Thierry FRANCOU has decided to step down from his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He will leave the company on December 31.

The process of appointing his successor has already been initiated by the shareholder and the Group’s governance body to ensure continuity and further EURENCO’s development.

The Board of Directors commends Thierry FRANCOU’s decisive leadership at the helm of EURENCO. Under his leadership, EURENCO has tripled its revenue and undergone a profound transformation. This strategy, fully supported and financed by the shareholder, has notably enabled the Group to double its production capacity in France, Sweden, and Belgium, including the reestablishment of large-caliber powder production in France. The various long-term partnerships the Group has entered into will also enable it to expand its operations across Europe.
