THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION AWARDS SEVERAL GRANTS TO SUPPORT EURENCO’S CAPACITY EXPANSION UNDER THE ASAP PLAN

As part of the ASAP (Act in support of ammunition production) plan, the European Commission has awarded the EURENCO Group almost €76 million in subsidies to support plans to increase production capacity in France and Sweden. EURENCO, a European leader in energetic materials, will fully assume its role as a key defense player in the service of Sovereignty as part of this unprecedented European effort.

This historic support from the European Commission reinforces and accelerates our own efforts, initiated since 2020 at all Group sites, to strengthen our production capacities for propellants, explosives, modular charges for artillery and ammunition loading. EURENCO will thus multiply its powder production by 10, double its production capacity for modular charges (2026), and double its ammunition and explosives loading production (2025).
