Suzanne KUCHAREKOVA MILKO joins EURENCO as Deputy CEO

Suzanne KUCHAREKOVA MILKO joins EURENCO as Deputy CEO in charge of the General Council and Group Support on October 1, 2021.

Suzanne KUCHAREKOVA MILKO holds a Master’s degree in Ancient History from the Jean Monnet University of Saint-Etienne and obtained her CAPES in History-Geography in 2003. She taught from 2003 to 2009 before entering the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Grenoble and then the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA – Marie Curie Graduating Class), from which she graduated in 2012.

From 2013 to 2016, she was a magistrate of the financial jurisdictions at the Chambre Régionale des Comptes d’Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in charge of review of the local development projects and semi-public companies in Auvergne. As a rapporteur at the Cours des comptes, the supreme body for auditing the use of public funds in France, she was in charge of the evaluation of public policies in favor of young people’s access to employment, but also of policies in favor of tourism. She was also responsible for the HR audit mission of UNESCO, operated by the Cour des Comptes.

In 2017, she joined the Government Shareholding Agency (Agence des participations de l’Etat – APE) and was in charge of the monitoring of companies in the naval and automotive sectors. She became a member of the Board of Directors of the Grand Port Maritime du Havre (2017) and the Chantiers de l’Atlantique (2018).

In 2019, she took up the position of Secretary-General of the APE. She was in charge of the institutional relations of the French State shareholder and all the transversal subjects concerning the portfolio (employee shareholding, governance, remuneration…), and ensured with her team the implementation of the capital operations of the companies of the portfolio. She was responsible for formalizing the French government’s policy on social and societal responsibility (CSR), its implementation by portfolio companies and the consistency of commitments made with the CO2 reduction objectives of the Paris Agreement.

In 2020, she became the State’s representative on the Board of Directors of the RATP Group and Safran.
