EURENCO & MESKO announce the opening of the new Polish assembly line for EURENCO 155mm modular charges in Pionki

Pionki, Poland, August 29, 2025 – EURENCO and MESKO (PGZ Group) proudly announce the launch of production on a new assembly line for 155mm charges of the EURENCO Bi-Modular Charge System (BMCS), which reached operational readiness on July 25, 2025. This milestone was preceded by a product certification process that confirmed the achievement of the required quality standards. As a result, MESKO S.A. has acquired a key capability in the manufacturing of large-caliber artillery ammunition. This significant achievement also marks the first step in EURENCO’s development strategy in Poland and Eastern Europe.

Signed in 2024, the agreement between EURENCO and MESKO enabled the installation and start-up of a local assembly line with a capacity of up to 100,000 BMCS per year. EURENCO provides the technology, and the modular charges kit, sourced from EURENCO France, while MESKO ensures local assembly, with its own 155mm artillery propellants, for Poland’s sovereign needs.

In the frame of Poland Autonomy strategy, with this operational line, Poland significantly increases its ability to independently supply its armed forces with critical ammunition components. This project consolidates EURENCO’s role as a key partner in enhancing European resilience and security in the field of energetic materials.

The acquisition of key capabilities regarding the Bi Modular Charges System (BMCS) production by MESKO S.A. has fundamental importance for the realization of the concept of construction of 3 155mm artillery ammunition factories in Poland, which was announced by the Polish Armaments Group in July.
