EURENCO doubles its production capacity in Belgium!

Engis, Belgium, 4 July 2025 – EURENCO, a European leader in energy materials and a key industrial player in the European defence sector, announces the laying of the foundation stone for the expansion of its small-calibre powder production capacity at its site in Clermont (Belgium).
This event, attended by Mr Pierre-Yves JEHOLET, Vice-President of the Walloon Government and Minister for the Economy, Industry, Digital Technology, Employment and Training, marks a new stage in the development of the EURENCO Group, which is engaged in an unprecedented industrial effort to meet growing demand in the defence sector.
EURENCO, which currently has the largest installed manufacturing capacity for small-calibre powders in Europe, will double its production volume within less than a year. All of this future capacity has already been reserved by EURENCO’s customers until 2032. In addition, the investments made will improve the environmental performance of the Clermont site in terms of water consumption and discharge, as well as its carbon footprint.
This increase in capacity will also be accompanied by the hiring of nearly 100 additional employees, most of whom are already being trained on the current production lines.
